Purchase Information

Delivery fees for orders from the Online Store?

Delivery charges depend on your location, order value, and the delivery method you choose. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout, before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Orders are generally delivered within: 1–2 business days in Albania 2–5 business days in Kosovo 5–9 business days in Macedonia

After placing your order: You will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

Yes. An invoice or order receipt will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. Also, if you have an account, you can access it through your profile.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, we accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card Cash on Delivery (COD) Currently, there are no other payment methods available.

For card payments, the order amount is withdrawn immediately at the moment you place the order. For cash on delivery (COD), payment is made in cash to the courier at the moment your order is delivered.

Yes. All card payments are processed through secure and encrypted platforms, to ensure that your personal and financial information remains protected.

Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If your order has not yet shipped, you can contact us at {email address} to request cancellation and place a new order.

Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your payment details. For COD orders, the confirmation will be sent to you after your order has been placed.

A wishlist allows you to save products you like so you can easily find them later or purchase them at a later time. Adding products to your wishlist does not reserve or purchase them.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@backup.blumond.al, including: Your order number Photo or video of the problem We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement according to our Replacement Policy.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@backup.blumond.al. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
